Very Good

Price is fair and the room is clean

Less facilities i.e. tissue, ect. Bed is too small, shoukd change to 120x200 will be awesome

Great location and comfortable for the 5 of us..

Great location, very clean. Close to amenities and station, so easy for us to get around. Comfortable for 3 adults and 2 small children, would recommend for a city break base.

Space small by European comparison. Unfortunately all devices within easy reach of little hands. (Tv, cooker and knives) but we got over this by removing batteries from cooker and putting knives in a higher cupboard.

Its a really nice place and I would definitely book again!

The apartment is only a few minutes away from Asakusa station which is conveniently linked to many stations you would need to go as a tourist, it is clean and has everything you need including a microwave, a large fridge, a stove with all essential kitchen equipment and utensils. The host also provides a personal washing machine that comes with detergent for you to use for free! The toilet and shower is really clean (I mean it) and they are both equiped with useful functions like a dryer function in the shower for you to dry your clothes. Theres a 7-11 nearby just across the street and a really nice cafe just right beside the apartment. On the way to the Asakusa station there is also a Yoshinoya and a Starbucks. It is also just 5 minutes away from Senso-ji Temple and it is also very close to a lot of cool and nice places nearby. The view from the balcony is really nice, you can see the Tokyo Sky Tree clearly and it looks really amazing at night when it lights up. The neighbourhood is also really quiet both at night and in the morning so you can enjoy your sleep without being disturbed.

The apartment itself isn't very big and can get quite cramped. I booked a family suite with balcony and had a total of 5 and it got quite squeezy when we opened up the luggages and the sofa bed. There isnt a proper place for you to eat other than a small coffee table but thats not a big issue. You are also responsible for your own rubbish while you stay there and you need to sort them according to the local regulations. Its a little bit of a hassle but just be a responsible human being and keep the place nice and clean before you leave :)

Good place to stay!

It was very clean.

Would have been nice if the twin beds were one bigger bed. The pull out futon was not the softest but it got the job done.

Clean, convenient, and good amount of space to stay in!

The space was big for 3 people and was kept very clean. It was a great place to unwind and relax after a long day of exploring Tokyo. It was also fun to pass Sensō-ji at night when heading back as it was close to apartment. In general, this was an excellent value.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and excellent facilities.

The location is excellent, with many amenities nearby, including a 7-11, several food stores, and numerous ramen shops. It's just a 5-minute walk to Asakusa Station and close to Sensoji Temple, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The room is well-equipped with a washing machine, a smart TV, and a full set of appliances. I particularly appreciated the smooth self-check-in process.

Despite the generally higher prices in the area, I booked this place at a reasonable rate by planning ahead.

very comfortable for a longer stay

Seems like a fairly new, average apartment in Tokyo, with modern conveniences. Very clean. I slept well. It is a block away from a 7-11, 3 blocks from a small supermarket, several blocks from a metro station and a major tourist area, and accessible by metro to other tourist sites in town. The host provides a comprehensive document with details (follow them step by step) and responds to emails. Use your translation app to figure out the appliances if needed.

Eating is a bit difficult with the low table, and no cushions to sit on the floor. The dish soap ran out and there were no towels for dishes or to wipe the counter. No trash receptacles in the kitchen. Hot water is slow to come, and then runs out if used for too long--but this is just something you need to get used to, not a real problem.

トイレが故障してしまった際に、初めの対応だけは良かったが直らず、次に連絡した時には一日中連絡も無く、トイレの無い生活を送ることになったその後はきちんと対応してくれました

「メンテナンスが行き届いてない。もう泊まりたくない。」

近くに美味しいパン屋さん有り。

一時帰国で様々な宿に泊まりましたが、最も最悪の宿で、宿のメンテがしっかりされていない、掃除が行き届いてない。人手不足かと思う。とにかく部屋が狭くサイト情報と異なる。長期滞在には不向。日本のマナーにそぐわないゴミ出しのイントロダクション。調理器具も汚い。床も汚い。日本の習慣や文化にはそぐわない宿です。
